Telephone Technical Support
Our
technicians spend 30-50 hours a week on the phone helping any and
all who need our assistance. While we enjoy providing this service,
the time required has become more than we can donate. So, in order
to continue to provide technical support for issues outside of those
covered by our warranties, we have instituted a subscription
service.
This
support plan applies to home systems only. Business customers are
encouraged to sign up for our Preventive
Maintenance Plan |
